What is the Logos Youth Forum?
The Logos Youth Forum (LYF), held in Egypt and hosted by His Holiness Pope Tawadros II, serves as a platform to reconnect young individuals with their Egyptian heritage and the Coptic Orthodox Church. It fosters a deeper sense of belonging, transforming Egypt and the Mother Church into more than just familial travel destinations. Each forum is built around a central theme, such as joy in 2018 or the transformative power of love, explored this year through an in-depth study, including the five languages of love. LYF also provides an opportunity to listen to the youth, understand their dreams and ambitions for the Church, and exchange experiences among diocesan youth. By delving into their minds, addressing their questions, and presenting inspiring role models, the forum aims to engage with the youth meaningfully, strengthening their spiritual and cultural identity.
